Liability Waiver – Charging of Hired Silent Disco Headphones

- “Hirer”, “User”, or “I”: Refers to any individual or entity who hires, purchases, or uses the equipment provided by Silent Disco Hire Warehouse. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals, companies, organizations, or groups utilizing the equipment for personal or commercial purposes.

Customer Acknowledgement & Assumption of Risk

I, the hirer/user, acknowledge that I have hired silent disco headphones from SILENT DISCO HIRE WAREHOUSE
and may need to charge these headphones during the hire period.

I understand and agree to the following conditions:

1. Customer Responsibility During Charging

I am fully responsible for the supervision, handling, and charging of the headphones. I must

remain present at all times while the headphones are charging.

2. No Liability of the Company

I acknowledge that SILENT DISCO HIRE WAREHOUSE accepts no responsibility or liability for

any damage, loss, malfunction, overheating, fire, electrical fault, injury, or any other incident

arising from the charging, use or misuse of the headphones.

3. Assumption of Risk

I understand that charging electronic equipment carries inherent risks, and I voluntarily assume

all risks associated with charging the hired headphones.

4. Release & Indemnity

I hereby release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless SILENT DISCO HIRE WAREHOUSE,

its owners, staff, and agents from any claims, damages, costs, or losses resulting from the

charging or use of the headphones, including damage to property or personal injury.

5. Condition of Equipment

I confirm that I have received the headphones and other equipment in good condition and will

use safe and appropriate charging methods. Any damage or loss caused during the hire period

remains my responsibility.

By hiring equipment from Silent Disco Hire Warehouse, you understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions outlined in,
